Paul Frank has designed a small capsule collection for early 2010 Spring/Summer. Though it's small line, the silos are fun and right on trend and the color choices are really lovely. Thought it is only 2-3 colors on each frame what makes it so great is that the lenses actually matches back to the frames (so many designers forget to this or just don't care.)
These frames should run about $100.00.
