Seems like the stars were busy this weekend getting make overs because Ciara has gotten a new hair style as well. Although Ciara didn't go for the shaved look she did get a shorter classy new hair do. I think this hair style looks great on her and she has a beautiful face that can handle a shorter hair style. What do you think: Hot or Not?
